David Hutt
David Hutt is the NSW Director for the Australian Christian Lobby. He has worked for a number of senior Australian politicians including leaders of the Opposition at both the state and federal level and a federal cabinet minister. David has extensive political campaign experience and has worked on a number of local, state and national campaigns.
Prior to his life as a political staffer, David worked as a professional musician. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Western Sydney and is currently undertaking post-graduate studies in International Relations at Macquarie University.
Rob Ward
Rob Ward has been the Victorian Director of the Australian Christian Lobby since early 2007. Prior to that Rob and his wife Meredith were the founding pastors at Fountain Gate Christian Centre in Melbourne.
Rob has spent the last 38 years in Church leadership and also held executive positions in Sales & Marketing for a number of international companies. In recent years he became interested in seeing a Christian influence in politics and describes his current role as both challenging and rewarding.
Peter Earle
Peter Earle has been the Queensland Director of the Australian Christian Lobby for the past three years. Peter has been active in the ACL from the early years of its formation and followed the founding Director of ACL, John Gagliardi, as the second national head. Peter gave up this position to take up residency in the USA as the American director for Christian Outreach Centre.
Peter has been a pastor with the Christian Outreach Centre since 1979. During that time he has planted three churches and was the associate pastor of their Mansfield church and principal of the School Of Ministries. He also developed their undergraduate and postgraduate ministry training programs. As well as this, Peter has been involved in executive leadership coaching in various Queensland companies. He has a Masters degree in Divinity from Oral Roberts University.

Michelle Pearse
Michelle Pearse has been the West Australian Director of the Australian Christian Lobby since 2007.
Since then, she has led and been involved in a number of political campaigns on issues against the exploitation of women in legal brothels such as prostitution law, human embryo cloning for stem cell research stem-cell cloning, surrogacy and euthanasia.
Michelle has a background in church ministry and has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Management. Michelle serves on the board for Teen Challenge WA and the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast WA.

Nick Overton
Nick Overton has been the Tasmanian Director of the Australian Christian Lobby for the past five years. He has a background in accounting and finance, is a qualified CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has experience in management, chartered accounting, and financial management in commerce and industry. Nick also had 12 months in real estate sales, is a qualified trainer and assessor, and has recently undertaken a two year leadership development course.
In addition to his work commitments, Nick is a Board member of a community-based non-profit organisation, and has served in various leadership roles within his local church, including as interim Pastor.
Tristan Hatcher
Tristan Hatcher is the Northern Territory Director of the Australian Christian Lobby. He took up the part-time appointment in a volunteer capacity in early 2010, after moving from Sydney to the Northern Territory three years earlier.
Tristan has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics and works in the communications centre for the ambulance service.
Nick Jensen
Nick Jensen is the ACT Director of the Australian Christian Lobby as well as the ACL- Compass coordinator. He also currently works part-time as a chaplain in Canberra and previously was the a pastor in a house church movement of a house church.
Nick has a Bachelor of Theology from Charles Stuart University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University in philosophy, religious studies and politics.
